Navigating insurance can be complex, and we are here to help you understand how your plan works with our root-cause approach. Arrow Functional Medicine operates as an in-network provider for several commercial plans. Please note that coverage vary significantly by plan and state residency. For those out of network plans, we provide detailed superbills that you may submit to your carrier for potential reimbursement.

Ongoing support and assessment to adjust your personalized protocol as your body responds and heals.

We provide transparent pricing for those choosing cash-pay options along with a superbill option for submission to insurance. Our fees reflect the time, research, and expertise required to provide true root-cause medical care. Specific pricing details for specialized lab assessments and follow-up protocols will be provided in visits. Payment due at time of service.
