Care begins with a deep dive into your medical history and determining appro diagnostic tests. We analyze data points across your hormones, metabolic health, gut microbiome, and nutrient levels to map out a bio-individual protocol tailored specifically to your results.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Your initial intake is a 30-60 minute consultation. We review your health journey in detail, discuss your current goals, and determine which tests are necessary to uncover the root causes of your symptoms.
What do I need to do before my visit?
Please complete your health history questionnaires through the OptiMantra portal and upload any recent blood work or clinical reports at least 48 hours before your appointment. This allows us to review your data thoroughly beforehand.

We provide transparent pricing for those choosing cash-pay options along with a superbill option for submission to insurance. Our goal is to ensure you understand the value and investment of your functional medicine journey. Specific pricing details for specialized lab assessments and follow-up protocols will be provided in visits. Payment due at time of service.
Initial Visit – $300 (45-55 minutes)
Follow-Up Visit – $150 (25 minutes)
